April 12, 2010: My Heart is Afire

This picture was taken at the Adoration after Holy Thursday Mass. I was amazed at how the Eucharist took the form of a heart.
o Beloved Jesus all I am all I do all I desire is yours .
I am departing from the confines and darkness of my house I am free and driven to seek you out pant for you die for you and live with you for all eternity .
Nothing else is worth
even a taste or glimpse of your glory and love .Only at Eucharist Your Body and Blood before me and within me am I at home at your table I lack nothing .
Teach me Move me to go out into the dark night and bring all people Home to You with You and in You forever sisters and brothers, sons and daughters, fathers and mothers, and lovers Amen! Alleluia!
.
Beloved, I have been reflecting on the questions that Jesus asked after he was raised from the dead. A great meditation would be to pick just one of these and imagine that Jesus is asking you. How would you answer the question today?
“Woman, why are you weeping?” “Whom are you looking for?”“What are you discussing along the way?” “What sort of things?” “O how foolish you are! How slow of heart to believe all that the prophets spoke. Was it not necessary that the Messiah should suffer these things and enter into his glory?”
“Why are you troubled? And why do questions arise in your hearts?” “Have you anything here to eat?”
“Have you come to believe because you have seen me?”
“Children, have you caught anything to eat?”
“Simon, son of John, do you love me more than these?” “Simon, son of John, do you love me?” “Do you love me?”
“What if I want him to remain until I come? What concern is it of yours?”
Please check out my website. It was renewed, refreshed and enlivened today. There are clips of my TV special that aired on EWTN and Catholic TV on November 11, 2009. There are also new pictures and much more. Please let others know about this. I have been getting quite a bit of correspondence and calls from the troops I served with in Fallujah and their families.
Have a blessed Second week of Easter!
Love, joy, peace, and alleluia!
