Rest in Peace RED

From Nick L:

Requesting prayers for “Red” a great dog, friend, companion, loyal companion, good listener, and compassionate compadre. Passed away after a brutal attack by an unmuffled dog who had escaped his owner. He was 16 and we were hoping for another year or two. Now we have only our memories and they are now despoiled though we know what he would say to us. Thank you. You helped so with the loss of Beauregard Sapphire, a cat, now we thank you for this offering.

  1. Susi Pittman says:

Dear Jesus, receive Red into Your loving arms. He has been away from you a while and now is home safe and secure, never to suffer, only to know love and joy. We know that our dog family members “know joy,” as You created them as sentient beings to bless our life with it. I know that Beauregard Sapphire was so happy to see him and they both shall wait for the grand reunion yet to come at the appointed time with their extended family. We ask Your special blessing upon Nick, Jesus. He is a good and faithful steward, caring for and loving these two gifts that You entrusted to him. May heavenly peace surround him and fill his spirit. We trust in You Jesus, always. Amen.

~I recognized that whatever God does will endure forever; there is no adding to it, or taking from it. Thus has God done that he may be revered. What now is has already been; what is to be , already is; and God restores what would otherwise be displaced.~ Ecclesiastes 3:14-15

Translation from the Douay Rheims Bible–God allows no part of His creation to drop out of existence.
